Hey guys, So I just bought myself a new 144hz monitor for some smooth gaming. I mainly play cs:go and league of legends. However my fps is lower than expected which sucks because the 144hz suffers under it. In league of legends I expected to reach 200+ fps at medium settings. However im only getting 100-150. at medium low settings. I just updated my bios and nothing has changed. My pc specs are: cpu: amd ryzen 1700 gpu: amd rx 580 sapphire 8gb ram: 2x 8gb corsair vengeance mb: msi x370 gaming plus psu: 500Watt coolermaster, not sure which one exactly but im certain it functions fine. HDD: 1TB seagate (pretty old) thanks for help in advance.

nevermind I had to reformat my usb from exfat to fat 32 , my bios is updated, i hope i will see some results :), thanks for the help

ooh okay, so my bios currently is pretty outdated then huh. Thanks for helping So I downloaded and extracted the files and placed them in my usb drive. Then i headed the my bios and m-flash, but it told me that no usb was detected. Any solutions?

Hey guys, I want to update my bios because of some issues with my pc and I was recommended to update my bios. Now. I have a X370 MSI gaming plus motherboard. And i checked my biosversion which was: 5.00 (I checked it in cmd with command: wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion) So I went to MSI's website and looked up the newest bios version for my motherboard (https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X370-GAMING-PLUS.html). However the name of the new versions ( 7A33v5D ) aren't even close to the name of my current version ( 5.00 ). Did I do something wrong or is it just fine to update my bios with the version i mentioned? Thanks for all help in advance.

Hey thanks for reading, My pc specs: gpu: Rx580 sapphire 8gb cpu: Amd ryzen 1700 ram: 2x corsair vengeance 8gb mb: msi x470 gamig pro hdd: i forgot, 1 TB probably seagate. I expect to run league of legends at medium setting to run atleast 150+ fps, is this too high of an expectation? now it runs at around 40-100 fps with pretty heavy fluctuations. doesn't feel nice at all. Are my expectations off or are there any solutions for my problem? thanks for any help in advance.
