I did a build earlier but did some more research into things and with some input have come up with this. 1. Budget & Location $1670 - United States / Massachusetts (meaning some places have taxes) 2. Aim Gaming with room for development and streaming. Current build is air cooling, but willing for simple water cooling, but not a loop yet. 3. Monitors 2 Monitors - One for work (Old 1050p DVI) and one for gaming (1440p). Already have both monitors (G-Sync and old DVI monitor for dual monitor). 4. Peripherals keyboard and possibly headset (heard something about dodocool). 5. Why are you upgrading? The current system was built in January 2011 and this is the first upgrade in many years (upgrading from AMD Phenom 2 and Radeon 6850). It's honestly been 7 years since I last built a machine. Many of the games on my system are old, and even some fairly old ones now like Fallout 4, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, require some downscaling to 720p to play on this old AMD Phenom 2 system. This system is still on DDR3 and the case only has USB 2.0 front panel. May end up cleaning the keyboard but it's an old dell keyboard from 7 years ago.
