    he has a prebuilt C series cyberpowerpc et8880 if that's not specific enough he's got a a320m r4.0 board with a Ryzen 5 3600X. The PSU is fine with enough wattage.

    My friends PC is refusing to post now. After a recent upgrade from a Ryzen 3 2300X to a Ryzen 5 3600X as such we tried to update the BIOS as aforementioned as it's meant to be done. So we tried that, and now we can get to a boot-screen

    and to clarify If I use the ram that may be affected by Static Electricity it will not mess up my dimm slots?

    I'm building a "budget" build for around 500$ with a fx-8350, and rx 580 8gb, and I aquired some ram, from HP it's ddr3, however I don't know the clockspeed. It may or may not be affected by Static, I was asking if that could mess with my MB if I use that ram.

    Yes I do mean US Dollars Sorry for not specifying. I will be wanting to run games at 1080p Willing to down to 720p if it will yield notably higher frame rates. I am using a tv with a 60hertz panel.

    I am new to pc building and don't exactly know what I am doing. For this reason I was hoping someone to guide me in buying my first budget pc. (I am using a tv as a monitor. It does not have a display port I would like to find a Prebuilt or motherboard with a hdmi out instead of diplay port.
