What does that mean?

So I had just built a new gaming PC, and I plugged my SSD into my new mother board, and installed all the drivers. The OS was windows 7 pro 64bit. Everything was working fine until I tried to play COD BO3. The PC keeps freezing in the middle of the game and stays that way until you restart the computer. This happens with all of the games. In attempt to fix the problem, I upgraded my OS to Windows 8.1 pro 64bit. Unfortunately,the problem is still occurring, even after wiping everything! I ran MSI Atferburner and saw the GPU at 53C, and the CPU at 36C. Why would it over heat? I backed up my Steam games and I reinstalled them. PLEASE HELP! okay thank you. is there going to be a prob with the hard drive being in spot #1 and not spot# 0?

okay i uploaded an image. the prob is my pc freezes after a good hour or so every time I use it and i have to restart it.

I have the F -panel pins pluged in my mother board. I want to make sure they are in the right places! I'm using the nzxt s340 and a Ga-78lmt-usb3 motherboard. My other specs are A-tech 8gbx2 ddr3 133mhzz total 16gb ram Amd fx8350 black edition 8-core 4.0mhz 750 watt Thermaltake psu bronze corsair h60 water cooler wd blue 1tb 7200rpm hdd 250gb samsung ssd Gigabyte gefoce gtx 1060 6gb G1 windforce PLease help!
