  1. I spent countless additional time configuring and testing different things and realized windows was corrupt (despite SFC and DISM not telling me), and there were lots of other issues as well (not going to list it since it'd take far too long). However, I decided to factory reset my PC and now it's working flawlessly!
  2. Apparently I have one from last night at 20:33, but last night I had issues installing AMD driver updates and my PC was severely unstable due to an AMD driver only being partially installed, so it crashed at random.
  3. I have been doing that, and no go so far. HOWEVER I did make a break through that might prove it's windows and not AMD.
  4. @Taf the Ghost Well, if it helps at all, when I try to do something through device manager, even if it's just reinstalling the driver, it gives the following error: Perhaps it is an issue with windows itself and not AMD. On a side note: GPU #2 had the exact same errors and failures as GPU #1 had earlier, so it isn't the GPU.
  5. @Taf the Ghost How would I go about testing to see if it's an issue with windows? Just extract a bunch of files and check for issues, see if something has issues downloading and installing, etc. or? If you're meaning just downloading and installing, I just did that to the newest version of winrar and had no issues, and I extracted a package (it was the DDU zip) just fine a moment ago. As for swapping around GPUs, I'll do that right now to see if it makes a difference of yields the same result.
  6. I do not have an SSD, and my HDD has had no issues. To my knowledge, my HDD is fine in terms of transferring files, opening, deleting, etc. The only thing I remember doing recently with my HDD is defragging it to make my boot times ever so slightly faster, but aside from that I've done nothing with it.
  7. Apologies for being so long @Taf the Ghost and @samcool55. Just tried installing with only one GPU installed, and using version 18.3.3 (I uninstalled all AMD drivers before doing so which is what took so long). However, I got these errors: Notice that earlier I only had an issue with the AMD Display Driver, but now it's a fail for both the Display Driver and the HDMI Audio Driver.
  8. @Taf the Ghost I'll be away from the thread for a bit while I shut down my PC to physically uninstall one of the GPUs to see if it'll install to one at a time, and I'll try that version. Fingers crossed!
  9. I will try with only one GPU installed and see what happens. This config worked for 2 years and stopped working recently, so I have no idea what caused it but I do know the GPUs are still functional and aren't fried. My PSU is an 850W power supply (not currently sure which model number it is, although if you do need or want that info I'd be happy to find out and provide it)
  10. I'm trying to install the current most "optimal" driver or optional driver. Anything is better than the windows default driver.
  11. I have two Radeon R9 370s, and I have considered a fresh windows reset although I would like to save that as a last resort just in case something else would fix it.
  12. When I try to install my AMD drivers, I get error 1603. It's a well documented error, and I've tried all the fixes I could find but without success. It makes it even more aggravating since I have two monitors and can only use one until the driver can be installed. With the images I have linked to this, you'll see I get error 1603, BUT the log file says everything installs correctly except the AMD Display Driver (no idea if that is an important thing to provide info about or not). I have so far tried: 1.) Uninstalling in safe mode with DDU and AMDCUU (AMD Clean Up Utility), rebooting PC, disconnecting from internet and reinstalling the drivers 2.) Using Regedit to change GameDVR values to 0 (disabled) 3.) Updating Windows (already up to date) 4.) Disabling firewall 5.) Installing legacy GPU drivers (they cause more errors and issues than the new ones...) 6.) Using a restore point on my PC Literally any help or attempts at help would be greatly appreciated here. I'm so close to giving up... T-T I'll be actively monitoring responses all night tonight, so if you want a log or anything, let me know and I'll send it ASAP.
