  1. In my area a used 1080ti is about 800 and for that I can get the RTX 2080 brand new for that price
  2. I was wondering which card is better for price per performance, the TI is off the table for being so expensive, and looking to replace my 1060 6gb so I can run 4K more smoothly.
  3. I'm in the works of getting this case, but i want to be able to use the usb C and 3.0. My Motherboard is a MSI z97 gaming 5 and would like to know if its possible to make this work
  4. I was planning to get 2x2tb Firecudas for games, I am also on budget and dont really want to drop 100 usd on 250gb when i can that much storage from the 860 evo for 74
  5. It could be the drivers, I had a problem with my desktop but i reinstalled windows and then let it install everything that it needed over Ethernet and it all worked properly then afterwards i installed the latest drivers.
  6. I'm looking to get a SSD for a boot drive, with my mobo if i install a m.2 it would disable Sata ports 5-6. I found a 860 evo 250gb for 74 USD, I do like to see a full size SSD. Which type of SSD do i get?
  7. i had this same problem. but my flashdrive is recognized by my laptop, but cannot access any files due to it not being formatted after i used it to store a program for wiping hard drives. I tried to put another program on it and it said it needed to be formatted, but i cant do that since it became read only. tried to use command prompt to make it read/writable but it keeps failing so i just threw it out. You might want to get a new flash drive, but make sure you safely remove it after every use
  8. i have a i7-4770 and was going to do the same thing but decided to get a better gpu to not worry about the cpu, but then you have a good gpu when you upgrade cpu/mobo to maybe a 7th or 8th gen
  9. I was going to get a 1050ti but then i would rather have a 1060 to have a little extra horsepower.
  10. i cant even put a load on it due to not having enough Ram, only have a 2gb stick to boot to bios but i should be getting 16gb soon
  11. The 212 is new and i put brand new thermal compound on the cpu, i have the included cooler master compound and some arctic silver 5, but i used the compound included with the cpu heat-sink. Most of the parts are new except cpu and mobo.
  12. My i7-4770 idles at 46 with a cooler master hyper 212 evo. I have 4 NZXT FN V2 fans, two intakes and two exhaust one on top and one at back. I am also using the stock fan on the hyper 212 evo, Motherboard is a MSI Z97 Gaming 5 and it tells me that case fans are at 900-1000 rpm while the cpu fan is at 500-600 at 12.5%. I only have my GTX1060 6gb card in, and nothing else so far. i do have it in a NZXT s340 white, and when i put the fans to 100% and it goes to around high 30s low 40s. Picture is before i put the two extra fans in the front and my EVGA 750GQ PSU.
