So I have recently gotten my hands on a GoXLR. After I got it set up, I had to do set it up so that I can hear videos and games through my Razer Nari Essential (plugging an aux from the GoXLR's headphone jack to the line-in on the computer). I did a test stream to ensure that my voice is coming through clearly (as well as not having other people's coughs and conversations picked up from far away), but whenever I would speak into the mic, or play a clip from YouTube, my stream would play it normally and then there would echo again. (Here's one of the test streams I did where the problem occurs). The Mixer tab has each channel set to "Mute All". If there's anything else I needed to add, please let me know.

So I figured I could try and put together a rig for content creation, however, using PC Part Picker, I wanted to know if there was some problems with my build and if it holds up to the kind of content I plan on making in the future. Well, after tinkering around with the properties on the card itself on OBS, I think I solved the problem. I do appreciate your help though, thank you.

So I figured out THIS problem as well. As it turns out the little booklet that comes with the capture card recommends "Output desktop audio (WaveOut)" so I changed it to (Direct sound) and now there is no more hiccups, though I think the tone is still deeper, but that's not a big problem, in my opinion.

I've been using OBS (cause the little booklet that comes with it gave instructions on how to do it), and how exactly do I use the cpu? (And in case you need to know, the CPU I have is a Ryzen 5 1600)

I tried other USB ports and it got the same result still, and the capture card is the amazon link in the post

I tried both bistream and it didn't work

I tried directly from my PS4 to the card, and it got the same result as before and my PS4 was in its default first choice and not bistream. And there was no problem with the audio when it's outputed to my TV.

The NEW problem is that the sound the card is catching is deeper in tone and there are occasional hiccups every few seconds. There was an idea for me to get some composite cables and plug them to the back of my computer, as well as a new audio driver from eBay, but I'm wondering if there are other ways to deal with this problem. Just so you know, I am not interested in recording videos for YouTube, merely livestreaming on Twitch, so post-production edits are off the table. Thank you guys for your help.

Well, the thing is, it's not just the SNES I'll be live streaming from, it's also NES, N64, GCN, PS, Xbox (Original), PS4, and Wii U (and at some point an Xbox 360), the capture card is the kind with an HDMI in and out, with a little USB 3.0 at the bottom. Not to mention, my computer is a Micro ATX, so there may be some clearance issues with the other things I have.

No it's the standard A/V cables (The red, white, and yellow cables).

Problem half solved. After plugging the device to the back of the computer, there was noticable differences, but this time the capture has a deeper tone and there are occasional hiccups.

So I had ordered an $80 capture card from Amazon and it came in today. I hooked it up and ran it through OBS and the sound of the game was garbly and kind of distorted. I'm running the game from an SNES, which the cable is connected towards an AV switch, that then goes to an AV to HDMI adapter, which is then plugged into my capture card and out to the TV, with a USB 3.0 connection. Well, I have figured out the answer. So I decided to clean out the display board on the TV, getting the connections with some alcohol and quick dry electrical cleaner! At first, the TV only had one half of the screen display the screen, and the other half just white, but after re-seating some of the cables and making sure the others are connected, the screen was fixed and everything was back to normal.

So I have a Hitachi le55a6r9 and had gotten the back lights replaced. It's been running good for a good 3 months and it's now got a green tint to it, or something. Now it's happened before, after we first turned it on when we had the back lights replaced, but a few seconds afterwards it just fixed itself and it was fine. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

So my Chromebook was messed up and I tried using the Recovery Tool with a USB to fix it. After that didn't work, I was left with a USB with many other drives on it. USB drives E and G-P are all drives that were attached to my USB after using the Recovery tool. Is there anyway to fix this, or am I stuck with a USB drive like this forever?

So, I've been using HIDMacros to help me with my writing, making it a bit easier to hit the bold, italics, and underline hotkeys easier instead of doing finger yoga to reach the ctrl and letter keys. And since then, I've been thinking about using a second mouse to simulate clicks like "Ctrl+leftclick" (which opens up a new tab) and "Ctrl+righclick" (which opens a new window) however, the problem I'm facing is what the script is supposed to be for doing this kind of combination. I'm not good at scripting, so any help is really appreciated. Thank you in advanced.

So, I've got another keyboard to use as a stream deck. So I want to try and use the F1-F12 keys for certain actions. Is there anyway I can disable the function keys. I don't have the FN keys on my keyboard (an ONN ONA11HO089) and I couldn't find anything on my motherboard's BIOS (gigabyte ga-ab350m-ds3h).

So, I recently got a repaired monitor from a friend and we were trying to figure out how I can dual monitor. The monitor has a VGA input and a DVI input (I believe it's DVI-D.) While my GPU has an HDMI, DVI-D, and a CRT input. My friend forgot to get me the DVI-D cable, and brought a VGA cable to me, but I want to try it. Though, I'm worried I might screw up the monitor. So I am wondering if it's safe to plug in a VGA cable to a CRT input? (BTW, the GPU is a Nvidia Geforce GT 710 low profile from MSI.
