  1. I'm so dumb, that's what it was, I didn't have it running and I tested the port, I thought I can test it without running it. thank you
  2. I don't really get it but when I did netstat it doesn't show the port 21
  3. well it's not mostly ftp / servers that is important, the ftp was just an example, I was just wondering why that's the case, why is it when I just port forward it on my router it doesn't work and when I use a software it works
  4. Hi I'm not sure if this is the right sub to ask this on I'm sorry if it's not, So I'm trying to port forward ftp which is 21 and I did all the port forwarding on my router and allowed it on my firewall but it still says connection refused and I searched around and came across this program SPI port forward and I tried it, and suddenly my port forward worked, I was wonder why is that, I don't really want to use a program every time I need to use the port, why did it work right after using SPI port forward I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub for this question, and thank you in advance
  5. Sorry for the late reply been busy, I have ryzen 2nd gen 2700x
  6. I've been searching around and a lot of people is having the same issue, they said it's a bug with corsair link can someone confirm if it's true or not @Origami Cactus Everything is up to date and it's still showing the same thing
  7. Hi I recently just installed Corsair H80i V2 and I was wondering if this is normal or not? In Corsair Link it shows that my cpu package is above 90 C but in HWmonitor and Amd Ryzen Master it's 40 - 50 C is something wrong or is that's normal
  8. @Streetguru it's a 1080p 144hz though I was planning to run a dual monitor so yea
  9. Hi I'll get right to it So I've visited the US a couple months ago to get some pc components and to visit my family and I was planning to get the graphics cards there too but at the time rtx was 1 month away from launching so I went back and didn't get the GPU Today, my uncle asked me if it's okay for him to get me the gtx 1080ti mini by zotac compared to the normal sized 1080ti his reasoning was price, I just want to know, what are the pros and cons between the mini version and the normal version Thank you
  10. Alright, thank you for the help and fast respond
  11. I bought most of this stuff a while ago, I haven't bought the cooler yet I'm still using the one that the stock 2700x give you, As for the psu, yea I might go a bit more than what I needed I did go for the 3200mhz flare x, I thought I updated the list but apparently not For the monitor I did get a 144hz 24" Asus VG248QE As for the motherboard, at the time I bought It, it was the most reasonable one to get though I'm not really experienced on buying pc part yet Yea I do agree with you with the case, Most of the stuff I'm trying to get is really hard to get here, I only bought the motherboard and cpu in the US and the rest in bali so Yea, my uncle is visiting me here in a couple month and I told him to bring me the GPU since its cheaper there compare to here, for the 1080 ti is there a specific one you would recommend Thank you for the feedback
  12. Hi I was here not too long ago about building my pc, here's my current spec https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mXGDmq With the new release of rtx 2080, should I go for that or is it not worth it and should i go for 1080 ti instead?
  13. Okay so I changed my mind on what I got, I already bough a ryzen 7 2700x and a rog strix b450-f gaming (I decided to get this because I don't wanna deal with the bios update) and getting a EVGA G2 750w and a gtx 1080ti I wanna ask are those components compatible or not and I wanna ask what ddr4 8x2 3200mhz should I get
  14. I think I'll go for the ryzen 2600 since I can get it for cheaper than then i5 8400
