Nothing works I just requested RMA for MB, CPU and PSU I think I'm switching to Threadripper now

Yes I have tried different RAM (even without RAM) it shows the same code and x299 does not have integrated GPU

Yeah I did some digging too and found nothing. Also contacted ASUS and Intel on this, replaced MB and CPU and the problem also exists.

My PSU is Corsair HX1000i and my GPU is EVGA GTX1080 FTW DT

I got a ASUS R6E and i9 7940x and it shows Q-CODE:13 I have already got a replacement CPU and MB but it still shows CODE:13 The whole PC just turn-on for 1 second, shows the error code, then shuts down the power and reboot again ( and again and again) The 24-pin and 8-pin + 4-pin cable on the motherboard is connected correctly and even if I remove the RAM and GPU it also shows the same CODE. I might think it is the problem of the power supply right now? I really have no idea
