Hey people,
I just got an aio (cooler master seidon 240V) for the first time yesterday in hope of dropping my cpu temps from mid 70s to 80s on air down a bit.
After installing it i booted up my system and with nothing else running im running around 40 to 50C once i started up cinebench r15 my cpu started hitting the 90s and i stopped the benchmark.
i ran a 4.2Ghz overclock on 1.2V.
i took off the overclock and am sitting in chrome right now with about 30tabs and my temps are around 60C.
So far i reseated the block reapplied thermal paste i touched the pipes it feels like water is running through them but im not sure, the indicator light is on though.
Did i maybe get a fulty product ? Im usually of the opinion the error is most of the time in front of the machine not inside, sooo.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
