  1. Not too sure how to describe it. Roughly looks like this though, not the exact same but close enough
  2. Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'll see if I can try that!
  3. Hello, Firstly my apologies if this is a straightforward question, I'm just tryna make sense of things I have a base model 2010 Toyota corolla Ce with a generic Chinese android 10 stereo. I keep the volume at around 60%, decently loud but louder it gets distorted. When I first turn the car on the audio is super crisp and clear. As I continue to listen the quality gets worse and worse and like murkier. Then if I don't play anything for a couple hours it gets back to the original quality and repeat. Is this bad for the speakers and any way to possibly fix it? Thank you in advance!
  4. Definitely would agree. The car I put this in wasn't worth the money for a decent pioneer stereo otherwise I definitely would have gone that route
  5. I see, yeah I mean it's not a huge issue, just mostly a nice to have. Overall I'm loving the head unit. Fast and responsive, and meets all my needs for a low price
  6. Ahh I see, thanks for the input. Yeah the only reason I mentioned android is that it's just a generic stereo from china sold on Amazon under numerous brands, looks like this
  7. Hello! Firstly my apologies if this is the wrong location for this question. I recently installed a Generic android car stereo running android 10.1 in my vehicle. The only "issue" I have is that as soon as I turn it on it starts playing from the fm radio and I have to go into the Bluetooth app, click Bluetooth audio and then it let's me play from my music. I frankly don't use the FM Radio at all and play mostly off my phone, any way to either stop the radio from autoplaying on boot and/or making Bluetooth audio default? Thank you in advance!
  8. Disabled it Temps at idle and under load around the same, voltages in 1.3s with spikes to 1.4 Could be completely unrelated but me memory usage is sitting at 90% with most of it taken up by "windows widgets" and "antimalware service executable", odd
  9. I see, that makes sense! PBO was set to auto
  10. Sorry!! That was a typo meant 1.36, not sure how I got 3.36 hahaha
  11. Acoustics are perfectly fine (Imo) The thing about load temps is that I rarely do anything on my PC that would cause temps to spike. No games or editing or anything really. The most "intensive" thing is a virtual machine I have running 24/7 but that barely touches the CPU (like 5% usage max) Since I rarely push the PC much, that's why I was so worried about idle temps hahaha Thank you!!
  12. Yeah Cpu started at 3.5mhz and was closer to 3.1 near the end. I re did the mount and paste yesterday with some cooler master mastergel (was what I had laying around) I put a decent amount of paste, definitely on the generous side of things
  13. Can not believe I forgot to mention this but I also have a virtual machine running all the time (its in a virtual desktop so I completely forgot about it smh) Could that be contributing to the higher temps Not sure what PBO is Cpu voltage was between 3.36 and 3.39
  14. Was pinned at 95 C the whole time
  15. Thank you for the reply! Yeah, I prefer the silence but was mostly concerned if the cpu is idling too high for it to be good for the cpu since the PC is on 24/7 Around 93-95 degrees celcius is the temps under the prime95 load
  16. Hello Everyone, I hope your having a great thanksgiving! I had a question for all the cooling experts out there (which I am surely not) But first some background info - AMD R5 2600X - Stock wraith spire cooler (not the stealth one that comes with the 2600, the spire is a little bigger) - Corsair 280X Case Here's my airflow config: - Two corsair stock case fans at the front, pulling air from right to left - NZXT case fan pulling air from bottom into gpu - Cooler master radiator fan pushing air out of top (Fun fact, the rad fan didnt have threads since its supposed to be screwed into a rad so its ziptied on ) - The idea was to have air going right to left and bottom to top - all fans connected to a cheap pwm fan hub (Mobo has two headers and i broke one so that hub was needed) - fans idle at around 900 rpm roughly based on fan curve set in bios okay i think that's all the background info i need, here's the question: I'm idling at around 55-60 degrees Celsius according to HW monitor for the cpu, gpu and ssd at around 30 C. Is that A) normal and expected for my config? B Not normal because.. i) bad mount? (Shouldnt be, I remounted it yesterday with fresh paste and all screws fully and evenly tightened) ii) Bad fan placement? Or is there something I'm missing? Any feedback and suggestions greatly appreciated!!
  17. Hey! So the note 20 ultra has 1440p and 120hz but you cant use them together, having to use one or the other When i think about it, the only time 1440p would be nice to use is when your watching content like youtube or netflix and when your watching videos, your not *usually* doing anything else so the extra refresh rate isnt that useful while watching videos. I know that the refresh rate is adaptive but is their any way to make the screen quality adaptive as well? Like have it be 120Hz/1080P normally but when watching content it switches to 1440p/60Hz? I know samsung has the "video enhancer" option but couldnt find any setting for what I was talking about so I thought maybe theres a 3rd party way of achieving this? Thanks!!
  18. Hello, I recently purchased LED strips as backlighting for my setup They are powered by USB and controlled via bluetooth, and are meant for TVs and plugging into the usb hubs on those My plan was to plug them into the back of my PC so that everytime the PC is on the lights would turn on and when the PC is off they would turn off since there is no power To my amazement when I plug in the LED strip with the computer off, they stay on I checked to see if my phone would charge off the same USB port with the PC off and it wouldnt What's causing the LED lights to stay powered even with the PC on? Thank you!
  19. Yea, and I've tried reinstalling and updated my AMD drivers for the GPU to no avail unfortunately
  20. update: reinstalled and updated GPU drivers, no difference. thank you for your help tho!
  21. But the GPU isn't outputting the audio? the audio is coming from the monitors built in speakers. but windows isn't recognizing those speakers. unless im missing something? thank you!
  22. Hello! Thank you!!

  24. Thanks for the suggestions all. I built the PC myself so taking it to a store not an option. Strangely the issue doesn't happen in Safe Mode. Gonna try and uninstall some stuff and see if it solves it
