Hi,
I have Transcned StoreJet 25M3, was working fine for almost 2 years and one day when I plugged it in my laptop I got error "Power Surge On Hub Port A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port" and the light turns on and not blinking as usual then go off, the disk is not spinning or doing anything.
TS Steps:
- I'm connected directly to the USB Ports of my laptop without hubs (Running Windows 10)
-Tried all the available ports USB3.0/USB2.0
-Tried on my PC every port (Running Windows 7)
-Tried a different cables for the connection (USB 3.0/ USB 2.0 cables)
