When I work something on my PC (Windows 10) for example watching videos, when I press some key color temperature goes a little bit warmer and when pressing again it goes back to normal. This happens when i work in Photoshop too, when i select some menu option screen color temperature goes warmer. How can i fix this?

It shows me that i must buy license key.

I bought a new PC and sold the old one. I had a Windows 10 license linked to my outlook account, how can I activate my license to the new PC? Thank you!

GPU Signal to monitor lost when starting a game,fans speed up.After turning the PC on no signal but all works the fans are spinning etc.!
