So I'm trying to remember the name of an RTS I had played on console years ago Set in the modern world (not the future) With tanks artillery infantry and some air units. Bases had to be in set locations usually in strong defensive positions on top of a hill etc. One of the sides had a unit that was like a news crew and how it was going effected how many resources you got. The cut scenes where funny and not at all serious. Can anyone think what the game might be...? TIA

I'm upgrading from a 1060 6 GB so it's been a while, any advice would be appreciated. Looking for something in the £300 range second hand (UK) I'm currently looking at 4060 8GB vs 3070 8GB (I'm assuming the next big new launch won't be till 2025) Trying to decide which would be the better choice Upgrading as I think I'm going to have a hardtime running starfield? Copying worlds in Minecraft So I'm sure I used to be able to copy a survival world with all the structures mobs everything and change it to creative when opened to LAN and plan out shapes builds designs for whatever. Now when I copy a world it doesn't copy the structures. Or anything i have done to the world, it copy's the seed and seems to take all the mobs over but nothing I have built. It even remembers that I slept in a villagers bed and when I die from suffocating in a wall it spawns me there instead of at spawn. Does any one have any ideas??? I was kind of counting on being able to plan things out without having to completely double build everything.

Can't get this back on, not sure what happened for it to come off. Can't see any broken or whitened plastic so don't think anythings broken, but I cannot for the life of me get this thing back together. It's an asf lense. Please help....

Yes, have passed that on to the school, £50 for a power cable feels kinda steep though. Don't know if they'll go for it or just not use the lighting rig. Budgets are crazy tight apparently.

Hey I appreciate this is a super basic question but my wife could use some advice. My wife works in a school and they are missing a power cable for the lighting setup in their hall, if it was my kit I would just say buy a power cord that matches the spec and hope for the best but they won't be able to replace it all if things where to go caput. I have posted a pic of the lighting board. Any advice on things to watch out for or real certified brands would be great as Amazon can be a nightmare for cheap knock offs that don't meet UK/EU safety specs.

Yes already running both computers just need to save on space, and I appreciate the advice. Think I'm gonna be searching through Amazon for the best cheap cases for a while.

Hey, does anyone have any recommendations on a case that i can build 2 separate pcs in. I'm trying to save space as we are having to move our office down into our lounge so I need to condense things down. I can't figure out if I'm better picking up 2 cheap small cases, a small server rack or 1 large case? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Our pcs our both Ryzen 2600s and 1050 ti in on and a 1060 in the other so cooling shouldn't be a massive issue. Currently using stock coolers on the CPUs.

Okay so I just spill a full cup of tea (with milk and sugar) over my keyboard. Corsair k70 lux RGB. Any clues on a survival rate... It started randomly tabbing through things and typing before I had my PC's power off and starting drying removing key caps etc. Any advice would be appreciated

Not sure if this is the right place for this but i'm after some freeware that people have experience with cloning drives. I didn't fancy just downloading any old thing off file hippo. Its to use for SSD boot drive to NVME m.2 Also would i be able to clone my boot drive if its in use or what i need to remove my old one and plug them both into a separate pc. Thanks

Wow that looks like a great shout hard drive wise, any clues on a good guide to follow setting it up as a file server.

I only want to aim around 8 TB + but looking at NAS, it seems kinda expenses even without buying drives. I would probably stick with all the same drive and just try and find the best price per TB. And i haven't used Linux before.

If i'm re purposing some old PC parts, i5 2400, 4gb ddr3 ram. Onboard graphics. New small form factor case. new hard drives. Is there any advice you would give or a good place to start. I want to be able to use free ware and store work documents, pictures and videos. I have plenty of storage in my PC but occasionally i do something stupid and brick my pc and my back ups are never up to date. I want this to be for Storing created video content and archiving work presentations for calling on in the future for us both. I don't need to be able to access these away from home, and it wont contain any confidential or personal data. I want me and my partner to both be able to access this at the same time from separate devices. PC and Laptop. Im also open to simpler solutions if anyone has any. Thanks

most of these though have some good reviews some 1 star, defiantly pirated ones. My boot drive supposedly came with a windows key but i tried that and it had defiantly already been used worth a punt for £2!

So for better or for worse i have finally suffered some issues from not having an activated version of windows. (Its been 10 years so i guess im not particularly upset) All of a sudden i cant personalise or change certain settings nothing huge and i do have some anti virus installed AVG FREE. I will probably reinstall to windows 10 home as i currently have windows 10 pro installed and that's like 200 GBP for a license, home is still around 120. I need to save up for it and either way will buy a genuine code but, in the meantime is there anything i should be aware of or any genuine workarounds to help for now and yes im a terrible person ... a habit from 10 years ago when i was earning f*** all.
