  1. Oh thank goodness, I did see on Samsungs website that there NVME's operating temp is 0c to 70c, I just didn't know if 55c was too much but thank man Im grateful for your answer ^w^
  2. Hell yall, I was just curious to know if the temperature of my M.2 will hurt its lifespan. The highest temp it has ever gone is 55c and thats only when im running a very intensive game like Shadow of the Tomb Raider or Doom or other Triple A titles. After I stop playing the temp goes back down to 45c and stays there. I have my M.2 installed on the 2nd slot of my motherboard (MSI MPG Gaming Plus X570) which is located under the graphics card, all Im asking is 55c bad enough to hurt the drives lifespan? This is my first ever M.2 and I never had a drive that got that hot before so Im only curious and hope to ease my anixety a bit. My side panel is tempered glass so I cant install a fan in front of it, I do have good airflow aswell in case anyone was wondering. Any help would be appreciated :)
  3. This is the first motherboard I had that has a chipset fan, by default it spins when the chipset reaches 60c. Me on a personal level I don't like it when it gets that hot especially with it idling in the mid/high 50's. It also reach 80c when gaming (I have Corsair Link 4 that tells me the Chipset temperature) so I decided to run a manual fan curve in the bios so it can be cooler. Temperatures are WAY better, its now idling between 40-45c. I could increase the fan curve more to get better idling temps but since the fan is tiny I am afraid of burning out the motor or bearing faster than I would of like. My question is how good is the fan really? Will it be fine if its running the whole time since its a tiny fan? My only concern is the reliability of it so any answers would be great appreciated X3 Anyone curious into what motherboard I have is MSI MPG Gaming Plus X570
  4. Ooooh okay, I didn't know that about the GPU fans, huh you learn something new everyday but alright! Seems like it makes sense, thanks for the advice man :3
  5. So uhh..Im curious if anyone knows what would cause this to happen, I have my cpu fan at 100% which is spinning between 2900-3000rpm, but when my gpu fans are at 100% when gaming my cpu fan goes down to 2800rpm this isnt a concern or anything but I am rather curious as to why thats happening? My theory is the air my gpu fans are making at 100% is hitting the cpu fan causing it to slow down a tiny bit? I have Wraith Prism cooler on a 3600x and my gpu is asus rog 5700 xt. My case is also a NZXT Compact H510. Taking off the tempered glass side panel doesn't do anything either o.o
  6. Thanks man :3 and I totally would! But I don't have any legos to do it
  7. I honestly wouldn't know, this is my first time experiencing this so my first assumption would be the GPU
  8. Nah its the GPU, it has 3 fans and the heatsink itself is just heavy, when I take it out and I look at it its completely straight but when I install it it sags
  9. But in your honest opinion because my anixety can be an asshole, that can I used to prop the GPU, that looks okay right?
  10. This is my first RGB build so yeah I am excited about it ^w^ Corsair seemed to be reliable so I went with them. But I shall consider doing that in the future thanks for the link :3
  11. Okay so I have found something to prop it up with, in your guys opinion does that look better? Looking at from my point of view it looks straight but in the photo it seems to show it a lil off? I don't know I'll let you guys be the judge. (Dont mind my reflection XD)
  12. Hello everyone, in this photo my graphics card is sagging at the right end of it. My question is will this hurt the GPU overtime? I've had it for 2 months now and my computer is running fine, I have not had a single issue with this card and I can play pretty much any game on it. My only concern is will it hurt the GPU in the long term? I have an Asus ROG Strix Radeon 5700 XT
  13. Ok so I need some help again, Im sorry to be a bother to anyone >.< I have aquired the Commander Pro AND the RGB Fan Hub from the link St. Nick has given me. I have connected the fans in both the RGB Fan HUB and the Commander Pro (The RGB Fan HUB is also connected to the Commander Pro to the LED Channel) I downloaded the iCUE software and it has detected the Commander Pro and my 4 fans but not the RGB HUB? I don't know if its supposed to but anyways I go to the Lighting Setup, I choose the device SP RGB PRO Series Fans (Which is what my fans are) under Lighting Channel 1, I also select 4 fans are connected. However my fans are not lighting up at all. I tried switching the RBG Fan Hub connector into the 2nd LED Channel and still no result. I never did any of this before so is there something Im missing here? I double checked every cable, made sure everything is connected including USB from the Commander Pro to my MOBO and SATA Power to both devices from my power supply but to no avail. Another weird thing I discovered is under the performace tab in the iCUE software I can change the fan speeds from Quiet, Balanced, or Extreme. Its on Quiet by default but if I change it to Balanced or Extreme it works but going back to quiet doesn't The fans stay at max speeds the whole time, restarting the computer, shutting it down, closing out the iCUE software, stopping the Corsair servcie, restarting the Corsair service, none of these changes make the fans speed quiet again, the only thing I have done to make them quiet is uninstalling the software. Once I reinstalled they became quiet again but the moment I choose balanced again it goes back to being full speeds and I am unable to make them quiet again. Please anyone help me with this I am desperate and begging at this point. Ive waited 3 weeks for these devices only to find out that none of the fans are lighting up
  14. Hey St. Nick, what connector does the Fan LED Hub go into? I have a MSI X570 Gaming Plus
