Rufftimes

Sorry late reply well basically the temp are below average, i got an intel ssd and it doesn't reach maximum load the frame times are probably the real reason its horrid to play. I get high fps but the frametime are so high and there is no reason it should be so high.

So i recently bout a workstation off a guy with fairly decent specs for the year Its has a xeon w3550 with 24gb of ram and i threw in a gtx 1060. I've done everything that i possible thought of maybe you guys know the missing piece. I've done memory tests, i checked my gpu making sure it's not being bottlenecked. Wiped my drives clean new windows intalled new drivers uninstalled drivers. No Success.
