  1. Hello. This is probably a really simple problem, but you never know. I just built a new PC, and I cannot put it into sleep mode. Whenever I try, it basically turns off, fans power off and everything, but then it just powers right back on, and I'm not moving my mouse or anything like that. Thanks in advance.
  2. Haha, thanks, guys. I appreciate the help.
  3. Do you put it to sleep? Or just leave it until it automatically goes to sleep?
  4. Hello everyone, I recently built a computer and I'm wondering what you all do to your computer at night, and how you turn off your peripheral's RGB lights. I usually just have to manually turn them off on my headset and mouse. When I turn off my PC, my keyboard's lights do turn off, but turn back on as soon as I hit a switch. I've tried enabling ErP ready, but it didn't fix the issue. Also, do you all actually turn off your computer? Or just put it in sleep mode. Thanks in advance!
  5. SLI is just two cards bridged together, right? And yeah, those cards are pretty powerful.
  6. Would the B360 board be fine with the 1080 Ti? Or is the only main difference the overclocking ability?
  7. Does anyone have any other thoughts on my pc build?
  8. Also, Prime Day is on Monday, so I hope to get a few good deals and maybe spice up my build a bit if the discounts are good enough.
  9. The main reason I didn't get it was because it was a bit too expensive, and the only things it offered me was a lot more cable management space. I don't need a bunch of drives, or have a huge AIO, or have a need for SLI. I'll try it in my budget and see if I can fit it in though
  10. Thanks! I'm probably going to stick with the void for the time being, I tried them on at Best Buy and they fit me really well. I previously had the Logitech G230, before they broke. I have glasses, and the G230s were very uncomfortable around my ears, so I prefer to try on headphones before buying them. Thanks again.
  11. Thanks again, but I'm sticking with my case and Intel, I do not like the look of those two cases, the Define C is one of the best looking cases for me. Sleek and simple.
  12. Thanks for the reply, but as I stated above, I'm not looking to switch to an AMD build. I have also looked into a case with a mesh front, but I much prefer the look of the Fractal Design Define C than the Meshify C for example.
  13. Thanks, the one thing I didn't like with the strafe was the white bottom/side of it. The i5 was probably enough, but I had it in the budget, so it's probably fine. Thanks for the help though
  14. Thanks for the suggestion, that is what I originally had, but in a post like this on the PCPartPicker forums, I was suggested to get a 1080Ti and downgrade to the i5-8400, which I know had great reviews for gaming, despite it not being unlocked. I will take another look though, thanks. EDIT: I can get away without overclocking, so I will use the i7-8700, I can also keep that with the 1080Ti, while not buying a keyboard, I have a really cheap keyboard that can last me until I save enough for a gaming keyboard. Would I need to upgrade to the Cryorig H7 to keep up with the temps of the i7?
  15. If you have any suggestions for new peripherals, or a better build cheaper that includes good peripherals, I would love to hear it. If not, please stop replying to this thread. Thanks in advance.
