    HI, Pio. I have a same laptop & same problem , also currently at service now . But I just find a way in mobile 01: https://www.mobile01.com/topicdetail.php?f=233&t=5498238 It said Windows Update can find the bios V310 which can solve this problem, also improve cinebench score 600 to 1000. If the problem still annoys you. Hopefully it can help you.
