  1. Fresh windows install solved the LAN problem. Guess it was some software in there causing the issue. Getting well over 1Gbps now via lan. Thanks!
  2. Thats where i got all my drivers from for the MOBO. I updated all the LAN drivers and reverted on the previous bios, updated the bios and then updated lan and reverted again and nothing changed im on nights so im about to sleep and when i wake up im going to try a USB network card to see what that does... other than that, i have no idea what else it could be other than the motherboard. It just sucks that its only 3ish years old and a "high end" one too
  3. Yea, it was the previous verson. I flashed the new and the one before and nothing changed. I disabled it and reenabled it in device manager as well. I haven't used the lan in over a year so idk when it started acting up but was perfect around early 2022.
  4. System specs: Ryzen 5900x Asus Prime x570-pro (non wifi) Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6800XT 16GB 3600MHz DDR4 Corsair vengeance 2 different m.2s + 500Gb SSD Network card is an Amazon "ubit wifi card 5400mbps" with intel ax210 processor Issue: Very slow LAN AND WIFI. LAN speeds on 2 different laptops with same cable at my desk is 800+mbps, desktop LAN is at 1-20mbps. Wifi hit 200mbps ONCE, but sits now at 1-5mbps. Phone, tablet and laptops next to desktop all hit 200-500mbps on same network. Ive tried fresh bios, bios rollback, updated everything i can think of including bios for the wifi card. Deleted temp files, and i just dont know what to do. My next step is to try a USB wifi reciever but i need to go buy one. If that doesnt work, do yall think my motherboard may be bad? I just moved and i didnt have ANY issues like this with my previous house.... any suggestions would help... I bought the MOBO on 08/2020 so Ive had it awhile and its been through several iterations of GPUs, CPUs and Memory but nothing I feel would affect network speeds. I can play multiplayer games decent enough (some lag but could just be the game server) but downloading games takes FOREVER. It took 3 hours to download MK11 via LAN cable and we pay for 1200mbps internet.....
  5. Yea ive tried all of these already maybe the operator skin setting would work if the game even launched. Ill change it on my desktop and maybe see if itll work that way, but slim chance. I have my antivirus completely disabled along with my firewall as well. Im at a loss. Ive never had this issue before and i was really hoping the WZ2 launch and update would fix something....
  6. Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with AMD 5600h and rtx 3050ti, 8Gb ram, 1.25Tb storage. So i have the new MW2 on my desktop and my laptop. It works perfect on my laptop, but it will not launch on my laptop. It launches, gives the "start in safemode" text, and then "settings have changed text, and then crashes with the attached picture. Ive tried disabling my firewall, updating all drivers, rolling back drivers, updating windows, rolling back windows, complete system wipe and reinstall, and its been 2+ updates since the issue started. Got the game to launch once and that was it, didnt play, i was just testing. No idea what to do now.
  7. Actually now I think it may be the motherboard and a memory bus issue. pc will not boot at all in when i have ram in 1+3 or a single stick in 1 or 3. works fine with single stick in 2 or 4 or dual sticks in 2and4. swapped a different ram set in and had the same issue. no boot. dram light on on motherboard. i have no way to test with another am4 motherboard but i still have a warranty on it so i may see about getting it warrantied
  8. Tried running docp, ran without it, ran it and under clocked my ram 200mhz, and increased timing too. Im going to try DDU today and if that doesnt work imma try just a clean wipe. Side note, i was swapping around ram and the PC was boot looping when the ram was in slots 1+3 but starts just fine in 2+4. Kinda thinking my MOBO may have a part in this...? It would start, fans would start but as soon as RGB turned on on the ram, it would die. Did it 3 times and then booted in safe mode. Was very wierd.
  9. Ok can ANYBODY help me? Im having issues with my PC where its much lower FPS than i should be getting and major stutters when players come into my view and during gunfights. Fortnite runs 117FPS and barely increases when i lower the settings and STILL has major stutters with lowest settings. Ready or Not runs at 70FPS. OW2 runs around 100fps. And compared to other builds, im 15-30% less FPS in most games with similar specs... Tried swapping ram, new 5900x, new rx 6800xt, all drivers and bios up to date, new PSU, temps look fine, tried all sorts of different settings, over clocks, under clocks, and so much more but nothing is helping. Had similar issues before on last setup so i upgraded from a 3700x to a 5900x and swapped my 3080 for the 6800xt hoping to solve these issues... im about to just part out the whole rig and start over. I even tried moving games from SSD to my NVME to my HDD to no avail. Im on windows 11 but i have no way to roll back either. Windows wont let me. Idk what to do. Ryzen 9 5900x Sapphire nitro+ 6800xt Asus prime x570-pro 16Gb ddr4 Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz 2tb nvme, 250Gb ssd, 5Tb HDD 850w corsair gold PSU Windows 11 Dual 1440p monitors
  10. 1440p still not at 100%. Cpu no where near bottlenecked. About 30% usage. Still getting low FPS. 90-120 depending on the game
  11. Even then, it should be pushing more FPS at least. 90FPS in 1080p in pubg is not gunna cut it for a $700 GPU. Im pretty sure its a power issue but i cant figure out what to do about it. I forgot to include that the power draw caps at 320W at most and in MSI afterburner in games it stays at "1" for power limit 90% of the time. Voltage limit hits frequently as well.
  12. Specs: MSI ventus RTX 3080 LHR OC 10GB Ryzen 7 3700x Asus pro x570-pro Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600 Corsair 850W gold PSU Games arent getting high FPS like theyre supposed to and the GPU usage is only around 30% in some games and 80% in others. CPU usage is no where close to being maxxed out. Most game are around 40% CPU usage. Upgraded power supply because i thought that was the issue. Upgraded all bioses and drivers. I have no idea what else could be the issue. Temps hover around 80c. I get 90FPS in 1080p max settings in PUBG, 120-150FPS 1080p Fortnite max settings. 140fps in COD.
  13. Im fairly certain that the t4500 CPU in it can be removed. Ive seen several similar models that can be removed and replaced. I didnt tear into it yet because its my step dads and i havent had time yet, but other g72 models have removable cpus as well
  14. We have a 2010 g72-227wm laptop that cant process much anymore. I was looking at swapping a q9100 CPU into it and maybe swapping in 16GB of ram and maybe an SSD. Never messed with laptops so this is new territory for me and im relatively green when it comes to computers as well.
  15. All i needed to do was install the bios update and tweak my OC settings ? im good now, thanks guys
