could it just be that the motherboard is done now? i know one pcie slot had gone bad and two ram slots were bad

i have an intel dx58so2 that was working just fine at one point, but now im getting a 2d post code error and it wont get past it. ive tried swapping cpus, ive tried swapping gpus and tried swapping ram. is it a motherboard issue or is there a way to fix it? ive also tried resetting the bios. any help would be greatly appreciated!
