  1. The problem is fixed, I've bought a new cable and everything's working fine, I guess the cable was faulty/wasn't dual link.
  2. that is a possibility but I doubt it because if it doesnt run natively in the display resolution menu, why would it run like that?
  3. The problem is that the monitor does not have a display port and that 144hz is only achievable via DVI
  4. Alright, so I am having trouble enabling 144Hz on my monitor. I am using a dual link DVI-D to connect my XFX RX560 4GB to my Acer GN246HL monitor. It works fine on 60Hz but when I choose 144Hz the monitor shows and error saying that I am using an incorrect cable. In addition to that, I think that 144Hz works but it wont stop showing the message, but sometimes the picture gets all messed up. I have read on other forums that it might be an issue of a bent cable, but I doubt it since the cable is bought today.
