  1. Hey! I now decided to overclock my 8700k. I'm using the new "NZXT Kraken X72" cooler, and my mobo is a "ASUS Prime Z370-A". Is there any good guides out there?
  2. Hey! I now decided to overclock my 8700k. I'm using the new "NZXT Kraken X72" cooler, and my mobo is a "ASUS Prime Z370-A". I am pretty much new to overclocking, so I want a solid tutorial. Is there any good guides out there?
  3. Hey! I want to try out a trainer for a game i play. I scanned the program on "Virustotal" and this came up: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/cee8ffeff06bf38fea6e9ae7a3c425ac083bf0a734971f04bdcea07db602d2de/detection Is this anything that can harm my computer?
  4. Thank you very much for the good answer One more thing. If the 1070 Ti is running that much cooler, cant i overclock it more before it starts throtteling? The 1080 will most likely start throtteling right away, since its at 80+ degrees without oc?
  5. Hey! I have got two GPU's right now, but i am not sure wich one to use.. I tested both in heaven benchmark with clean install of windows and all drivers installed. The 1070 Ti is a ASUS ROG Strix, and the 1080 is a EVGA sc. Im gonna link some pictures so you can see the scores. Main concernes: - Why is the 1080 that much hotter? (is it because the cooler is smaller then the 1070 Ti?) - If I overclock them, will the 1070 Ti be better? (Depends on the chip of course)
  6. It is time for me to upgrade my GPU. I am going to buy a "1080", but not sure what brand to pick.. I am thinking either the "ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 ROG Strix Gaming" or the "EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 SC Gaming", because they are on discount right now (670 USD). The alternatives right now is around 790 - 830 USD.. I have heard that the service on ASUS is terrible, and the EVGA is fantastic. Questions: Should i wait for the new series, and maybe the price will go down? or should i just buy now? If i buy now, what GPU is recommended? Thanks
  7. Hey! I just got a new monitor, and i discovered a green stuck pixel in the middle of the screen. I have seen some videos on YT of dead pixels, stuck pixels, clouding, backlight bleed, and how to prevent it from happening and fix it. I tapped the screen with my finger, and it disappeared. Is it possible that it will appear again? Should I return the monitor?
