    I am considering buying a laptop with a 144hz screen and I am wondering if lowering the refresh rate of the screen would help me save some battery while I'm not gaming.

    If you go in Pc Part Picker USD and look for an : ARCTIC Freezer 33 eSports ONE, the price (as I'm writing this) is 29,99USD$ But now if you look at the Pc Part Picker CAD and look for the same cooler : ARCTIC Freezer 33 eSports ONE, the price is now 88,10$ !!!!!!!!!!!!! Why ?!?!?! 29,99USD$ is equal to 38,77CAD$ !!!! About 2 weeks ago (so around 28/05/2018), it was like 40CAD$. If somebody knows why please tell me because I'm lost.
