my usb stick is RAW plus write protected i tried every method diskpart,safe mode with cmd etc etc but nothing happens can someone help me.

everytime i install windows after some days this happensto my windows defender also.

as you can see the arc llike thing on left of the screen it continues till right of the screen, it seams like pixel burns or the lcd liquid gettind distroyed something like that. it is not visible at all from front of the screen when we start looking up and down beyond viewing angles this patch can be seen. please help me what is this my monitor is acer HA270. it is an ips display with 178 degreen viewing angles with 100milloin:1 contrast ratio. PLEASE HELP ME
