  1. Thank you for the insight guys the ppi is higher since its a 1440p display on a 24inch screen so if i was to turn the setting down to medium it would still allow scenes to look stunning?
  2. Hello, So I just recently purchased a gtx 1070 and its coming within a week from now along with my 1440p 165hz 24" monitor with g sync. Now after doing some research i am now worrying about the gtx 1070 not being able to handle games at 1440p. I want to play games such as fortnite, dark souls, and the witcher 3. I have a couple questions. 1. At what frames would the gtx 1070 run games like fortnite (online fps less demanding) and the witcher 3 and dark souls (more demanding) at ultra settings 2. What frames would it run both the games at high settings is it enough to push it atleast above 80 fps? 3. Does anything higher than 60 fps matter for games like dark souls and the witcher 3 since i know higher frames matters a lot when it comes to online shooters like fortnite. 4. Should i sell it and upgrade or save up for the new card coming out soon? Sorry for all the questions i am new to pc gaming and would like insight. Also this gpu is for my new pc build i dont have any other gpu. Thanks.
  3. Hmm okay thanks for your input it does look like building one is the way to go but i would rather have one prebuilt atm maybe in the future when i decide to upgrade somethings will i build it myself. I guess prebuilt pcs will always cost more but i think i will stick to this pc.
  4. But that is without the fee for it being prebuilt and without Microsoft 10. I said already that dont rec to build one i dont have the time to have the parts delivered and set everything up atm it being a good deal for a prebuilt pc was my question.
  5. Hello I am currently looking for a prebuilt pc to suit my needs of high end gaming and school work and need some help whether or not the pc i picked is good value for its cost it is a alienware aurora r7. Now i know many say alienware is overpriced and you only pay for the name but i really think they sell some good pcs and i think this one might be good in terms of what you get for your money. It costs 1399.99 It has an intel 17 8700 Windows 10 64bit 460 watt power supply Gtx 1070 with 8gb Z370 mother board 16gb memory 2666mhz 128 ssd with 2 tb Wifi wireless lan and bluetooth Free keyboard and mouse Thoughts?any other prebuilt pcs in mind that seem better? Please dont recommend building a pc i dont have the time to build one right now and i need this pc soon.
  6. Okay thanks for the feedback guys i will see what i decide to do now
  7. The pc has a gtx 1070 with 8gb 16gb of memory 2 tb 2666 mhz 128ssd Comes with windows 10 Intel core 17 8700 You suggest to finance pc parts from newegg?
  8. Hey guys i was wondering what you guys thought about financing. I plan on financing a pc that costs 1400 with a gtx 1070 inside. The financing will have no interest attached and be paid within 12 months so monthly payments of 116. The reason i am doing financing is because i need a pc for work but if i am going to buy a pc i wanted to buy one that is good and able to handle the games i want to play like witcher and fortnite.thoughts?
