Hi there I am currently trying to install an asus b50 strix motherboard into my corsiar 460x case. With the I/O shield in I cant allighn the motherboard with the standoffs. Is it ok if I take off the foam on the I/O shield?

I actually found one for 320 on craigslist lol guy wants to met today soi guess im going with it. and that a good price even if it was used to mine with?
