  1. I tried without OC-software downloaded. And we don't have any other wierd software downloaded, just Steam, Discord, Battle.net. No firewall except windows defender. Haha, yes overclocked. I believe we already tried unclocked but I'm not 100% sure so I will try again. But honestly it seems to be software-related because of the regularity.
  2. Hello! I built a computer for my friend this summer and he have been experiencing freezes that last around 5 seconds around every 3 hours regularly. It happens in game, out of game, in web browser and everywhere. It's almost like when the "Activate Windows" popup came in windows 8 every three hours if one didn't have active windows license, but in this case no popup happens only the same incapability to do anything for those seconds. We tried: 1. Reinstall windows. 2. Updated all the drivers for the GPU (two different versions). Stuff: i7 8700k clocked MSI 1080ti gaming x clocked 16GB RAM 2666mhz Asus Strix z370-f H100i v2 cooler 500GB m2 SSD Kingston 4TB Seagate HDD Windows 10 64bit Home 750w psu NZXT H440 Silent Chassi Does anyone have the same problem, and does anyone have a fix? Thanks in advance!
  3. Hello! I'm having a i7 6700k currently set at 4.4GHz and I'm experiencing way too hot temperatures all of a sudden (when it was new I had it on 4.7Ghz with lower temps). I'm getting info through "HW monitor" that temp is: Idle: 55-65 degrees Medium performance: 70-85 degrees High performance (like Black ops 3): 95-100 degrees I'm using Corsair H100i v2 as cooler and put corsair RGB fans on the heat-sink. One would think the problem lies with the cooler, but wierd part is when I open computer up and just disconnect and connect the 4pin to the fans/pump, temps are back to normal again (for a few days). Are there anyone that have a explanation for this behavior, as I find it unreliable to game on now. My normal temps when i had 4.6Ghz: Idle: 20-35 degrees Medium: 45-60degrees High: 65-75 degrees Graphics card is GTX 1080ti msi trio with very low temps (like 65 on max performance). I appreciate all help I can get, as I've also gotten one or two blue screen of death (probably because of temp on cpu). The kit is around 1.5 years old. Thanks! /Jesper
