Im asking this question because I know they just recently changed the spec from a full gsync module in to freesync, and they dont seem to be advertising it being able to OC to 165Hz anymore. So is there a monitor that has similar specs that I can get now or should I just wait until I comes out? LG Monitor Link: LG 27GL850 27

Idk whats up im just going to use the corsair support thing, bc its still broken I uninstalled all the other lighting software and the ICue service itself, so im thinking its a hardware issue, but thanks for trying to help!

I just uninstalled it, the fan's lights are still bugging out from before so im going to wait another day to see if it is fixed.

The problem is if the lighting setting is animated (rgb wave) it would just freeze, if I try to switch it to another color setting (animated or just a single color) it still stays frozen. I try restarting the ICue application but it would stay frozen, if I try to turn off and on pc (including shutting off the psu) it would start up with the lights not even on. But the weird thing is if I wait until the next day the leds would be on and not freeze once ICue starts, the lighting effect works for a little bit then it freezes again. To me this seems like a Software issue but I just wana see if anyone can help with this or is having similar problems. Thanks! Ps the fan setting still work (the fan speed rpm), sometimes when I switch my rgb strips the freeze too, and I have 2 other LLFans and their rgbs work fine it is just one fan.... weird... Im wonderint if EK-FB ASUS PRIME X299 RGB Monoblock - Nickel will work on the Prime X299-Deluxe II. This is the VRM for the Prime X299-Deluxe II. This is the VRM for the Prime X299-Deluxe. In my opinion I would think the monoblock would fit. But I think the Deluxe II has some of the VRMs on the IO side of the mobo.

Im planning to help my friend upgrade his set up from a laptop with a 860m, to a full tower desktop (could be any tower size) I'm just wondering if anyone could see if the list I put together is good or if there are changes I should make. Helpful stuff: Has 2x 1080p 60hz monitors wants to OverClock streams (his Twitch is: TommyKarate6) plays fortnite, sea of theaves, idk what other games budget ~$1000 or less if possible
