    Is my cpu bottlenecking my gpu and can it cause fps drops/fluctuation and no stable fps? GPU= vega 64 and cpu = ryzen 5 1400. I am going to upgrade to i5 8600k. Or perhaps ram problem? Got corsair 2666 atm should be enough right?
