I haven't overclocked my CPU unless it came overclocked.

Hey, I have this issue at the moment with my pc. I will be using my pc like I normally do (Playing games, watching youtube etc) and all of a sudden my pc will freeze. Everything will just stop. My lighting on my peripherals, my monitors, everything. I have to force restart my pc to get it working again. I have tried looking on google to try and solve the issue but no luck. If anyone can think of a solution please reply.
