  1. Will be overclocking and I'm willing to stretch the budget for custom loop, gonna use zmt tubing. I'm flexible with changing around the build, the main thing I'm looking to figure out is if it makes sense to wait a year and a half or so for next gen hardware.
  2. Budget (including currency): $2600 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Cyberpunk, Metro Exodus, Esports Titles, Blender, Davinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premier Pro (maybe). Other details Gonna be doing a custom loop in the FormD T1
  3. Yeah currently everything is at 1x. It's actually funny with my old 1050ti I got similar performance. I fully wiped my entire pc like 3 weeks ago so I don't think I'm having weird display driver issues. I'm worried about using DDU and I don't think it's really necessary considering the same problem occured hours about nuking .my entire pc
  4. What do you mean by 1x everything? Also, optifine is required for using shaders so I'm already using it.
  5. I'm not sure what you mean? Minecraft RTX is not available on Java?
  6. Hey everyone, I'm hoping for some help running shaders. I have quite a powerful pc (i5 8600k 5Ghz, 32gb RAM, 2080 Super) but I can't seem to get good performance with shaders. When I try to play with shaders I get like %30 gpu utilization, and %30 cpu utilization and low frames (around 80) I'm positive I'm not fps capped and my render distance is only 12, does anyone have any help for me?
  7. Thanks for the reply just to clarify my second question on the product page I see that there are inlets and outlets on the top I'm just making sure that's the same case on the other side.
  8. Would this water lock work well with my GPU and is it safe to use? Also, can anyone tell if you can also you the g1/4 ports on the bottom?
  9. Becausv some times I stay places for months and in other countries and I need it so be portable. Also it's cool to have a tiny PC you can carry around with you.
  10. TLDR: I need a small mini ITX Pc that I can bring on a plane So recently I've been looking into building a secondary Mini Portable PC that I could take around with me on a plane or something. I immediately fell in love with the Thermaltake Core P1 and was ready to paint my GPU and RAM to create an awesome looking build! Sadly I realise d that an open case was not the best idea to bring on a plane. (Duh) So I scrapped my idea, so that's where I am nowNg Budget Strictly under 700 US Location U.S, New York Use Gaming (Overwatch 1080p 60hz Ultra/Epic settings preferably) Peripherals Needed None Operating System Required Windows 10 Overclocking Probably not Form Factor A small mini ITX build (ik mini ITX is small but some mITX cases are much larger than others.) Other I will hopefully be giving whatever case I use a custom paint job. P.S This will be my second build so I am not a huge beginner.
  11. Ya you are right I think I'm going stick with a smaller case also. Thank you for all the help!
  12. 1. Great thanks! 2. What I mean is will it work if something is red to paint it blue? There's hardly any blue RAM (There's one okay one but it has a huge ugly sticker on it and I don't know if there's paint underneath the sticker. Plus it's $35 more expensive.) 3. What do you mean Overwatch takes up like 25 GB and most games only take up at maximum like 40 4. So putting it in a cardboard box would do nothing to help protect it? 6. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough what I meant was there's no blue GTX 1050 ti/s 7. Oh that's a shame
  13. Then what cooler should I use, will the Ryzen stock cooler be fine? Can you give me a link to what RAM you'd recommend? (Please send me some that will be fine to paint blue!) I barely use any storage, on main Pc I also have a 128gb SSD and I've only used l like 80gb out of my 128. So I really want to build a beautiful Pc and want to explore Modding/DIYing some of my parts so they look exactly how I want them to, the P1 is a great way to show off my build and I really love the case! Is there ANY way I'd be able to make the Pc easier to not break? (Could I maybe put it in a cardboard box with lots of protective foam or something?) I don't anymore because I'm using a NVME SSD but B4 when I wasn't I wanted the SSD to fit the color scheme. As I mentioned before I really want to build a beautiful Pc and explore Modding/DIYing a little bit. Also, can you find a light blue and white GTX 1050 ti, light blue RAM, and a white and light blue diagonally striped PSU? I realise Cablemods but what I meant is which cables do I need to order, and which do I not, along with how long should I order them to be? (Because I don't want a ton of extra cable length as that'd be a nightmare in the P1 Sorry if I sound ungrateful for all your suggestions I really am as you are the only person who's basically answered all of my questions! Oh, and about RAM speed for a game like Overwatch will it really make that much of a difference? Also say for example if I have fast RAM I get a consistent 75 fps and with slow RAM I get a consistent 68 fps it doesn't really matter because I'll see the same number of frames either way with a 60hz monitor!
