Okay, I have a MSI B250M Bazooka in the computer and I have the ADATA XPG Z1 DDR4 2400MHz and I see 2 4 gb sticks for not a bad price but I was just wondering is there any perks to have two sticks over just 1? I know it takes up an extra slot on the motherboard but I didn’t know if it helped with speed or anything. Do you think it would be better to just buy one stick of 16 gbs? Alright what if I have it on 144hz and have 90 FPS would i need to turn down the hz or would it be fine

When I play csgo I get around 90 fps with autoexe and launch options but when I play fortnite its around 130 and I'm getting a 144hz monitor would I beable to play on the full 144hz and am I doing something wrong with csgo?
