  1. Over the last three days or so, diablo 2 resurrected has been rolled back twice due to server issues. During the first roll back, I lost three runes, quests that I completed and experience. During the second roll back, I lost a very rare item (trang oul armor// this may take probably up to 50hrs to get given that you have high level characters) I've contacted blizzard about this. I haven't got a response from them so far. What can I do to get my items back?
  2. You have three options and they are listed from the most effective to the least effective. 1) use afterburner to undervolt and underclock your card (potential 3~10C gain) 2) repaste GPU and replace the thermal pads with copper shims and thermal pasts *very dangerous tbh (potential 5~20C gain) 3) deshroud your GPU and replace the fans with noctua fans (if your GPU heatsink is two slots, it will not make much of a temp difference but noise will be more tolerable) If you do all three well, then you can expect to see around 20C difference underload. At idle, it will be prolly be 3 degrees difference at most.
  3. Pretty optimal but~ you could try intake for the aio. This would increase ur vrm and ram temps but would result in a lower cpu thermals. Only do this if ur cpu overclock is rock solid.
  4. Well ebay gives you a good idea how much something is worth. But this kind of answer would be too banal. For me, I first take the lowest MSRP of a product found on the web. Then I deduct 30% because it is used. Then I calculate the lifespan of that product. Then I figure out the remaining lifespan. So the equation would be used price=lowest MSRP*70%*(remaining lifespan/total lifespan)
  5. Thank you so much. You truly are the god of monitors!
  6. Thanks for ur awesome explanation. Now my question is when is the best time to buy a monitor. Afaik the 34gp950g is dropping in sept. Should i buy a monitor now or wait till sept since there will be a price drop for older monitors. It wouldnt be smart to buy a monitor at the end of its life cycle.
  7. my guess is electricity is leaking. it could be 1) your cable 2) your i/o is borked
  8. I am looking for a new monitor. I have a i9 9900ks + 3080 strix I mostly play games. ZERO professional photo work so I do not need any fancy monitors for photographers. My budget is $1500 but lower the better. I am looking for 1440p monitor or maybe 1080p. Currently, I am gaming at 2580x1080 75fps. Here are some of the things I am looking for 1) 4k or 1440p (doesn't really matter) 2) Ultrawide maybe? 3) gsync or gysnc ultimate (if you can present why gsync compatible is just as good, please tell me why. I would love to hear it) 4) HDR (I don't know if it is important) 5) refresh rate 120hz+ (I do not need 360hz because my rig can only pull 160fps at max with exceptions to a few titles) So the models I am looking at are: -LG34gp950g (not available yet) -AW3420D (still really pricey. I can get one for around $1100) My question is 1) Am I wasting my money with gysnc ultimate? 2) Do I really need a HDR monitor? Is it worth it? 3) which is better? VA or nano IPS? 4) should I wait for the LG34GP950G? The alternatives are -used LG34gk950g (~$700/ no warranty/ refurbished) -Acer x34s (~$550) Just one more thing, I heard some monitors are noisy. I can stand noise so I need a monitor that is silent as possible. With windows 11 supporting Android apps, I have a feeling ultrawides may be better. Tell me if I am wrong. Any other recommendations or any comments will be helpful. Thanks.
  9. 1. I managed to fit 3080 asus strix (I also have a fan installed in front.) 2. I managed to fit strimer plus triple 8pin. I just wanted to share this. When people say it can't be done, prove them wrong.
  10. Thatd be awesome but i sold my sapphire nitro 6800xt and got the 3080 strix oc.
  11. Thanks man but i decided to wait until asus releases a final version of their bios for their rebar. But the installation media and cmd ideas sounds very smart!
  12. Yeah thanx but doesnt work. Already tried it. I think it said something about pagefile.
  13. Goal: convert my ssd from MBR to GPT so I can use resizable bar *AFAIK resizable bar needs CSM disabled. MBR does not function with CSM disabled. Problems: 1) I do not want to format my windows 2) SSD hard drive partitions are gone (I deleted the recovery partition and merged it with the main partition) A) As such, I cannot use programs like mbr2gpt 3) the SSD has the system files (windows 10 on it) so many programs will not let me change it 4) the SSD has the page files so many programs will not let me change it Methods I have tried: 1) cannot use mbr2gpt because I deleted and merged the windows recovery partition with the main partition. 2) tried using partition programs. (It does not work because the drive that I want to change from mbr to GPT contains pagefile) I think my only option now is to reinstall windows...which is the last thing I want to do....I hope some genius here can help me. Thanks.
  14. I am sorry bro. Your question and your circumstances are so poorly worded it is impossible to help you.
