for 150$ dollars you won't be maxing out much, but a used 7950 or 7970 on ebay is probably your best bet in that price range.

Yeah, the whole color spectrum is kind of gross too and the depth of field looks terrible and can't be turned off.

YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

The reason they have shield is because the products are sold by third parties and they can't verify every key before sale. It's not as if the company itself is seeing that you didn't use shield and is deliberately fucking you over.
