There is a problem change settings wont help

Becuse i have a 244hz montior also 150 fps for me is lag when you play at high level (superme)

So i have a gtx 1070 and a i5 8600k and im only getting around 150-200 fps in csgo even tho my res is low (playing with black bars) and grhapics on low my friend has a gtx 1050ti with same settings and is getting 300 fps pls help

So i play with my friend fornite i upgraded my pc from a windows 8.1 to 10 and i disbalded xbox dvr so we both have same mouse razer deathhadder and we are using same dpi but my mouse for some reason is much much more slower a fix for this would be amazing

so im a gamer. and my favorite game is the divsion my gpu is gtx 1070 and my cpu is i5 4460s. dosent matter how low my settings while fighting i will only get around 60 fps. and my goal is to reach above 105+ fps while playing the game with meduim settings. alot of pepole told me the i7 4790k will do the job as it the best cpu i could get for my motherboard. but my motherborad dosent suuport overclocking so i was thiking just getting the normal one none k (i7 4790) so i was looking to buy and i found 2 options one that is 3.2ghz and one that is 3.6hz would i will be able to reach my goal 105+ fps dosent matter what settings with that cpu (i7 4790) and if so whats the diffrence between the 3.2ghz and the 3.6ghz one and does it make a huge diffrence

my gpu is msi gtx 1070. and i was thiking about upgrading my cpu. (i5 4460s) that is limiting my fps at the moment and alot of pepole told me i should get the ryze 5 1600. i found a good deal with a mobo+ the ryze 5 1600 and a cooler do i need to buy anything else so it will work? mayby ram i think would be amazing if you guys could tell me what do i need to buy

so basicly i got the gtx 1070 and, i was thiking about upgrade my cpu right now (i5 4460s) i was thiking about upgrading to the 4790. but i dont know if i should buy the one with the k (4790k) becuse i dont know if my motherboard, will support that *sorry for not posting the motherboard

@GDRRiley a cpu from 7000 series will fit a 4000 sereis motherboard?

so i was thiking about buying a new cpu, and i will be really happy if you guys could help me out with two cpu's im thiking to buy one of them is the ryzen 5 1600 and the secoend one is the i7-4790 what will give me a better performance in gaming gpu (msi gtx 1070)
