I tryed ntfs but it every time i use it i dont have write permitions on linux

Can somebody help me plz every time i format my drive to fat or fat32 and i need to use it to transfer files between my linux device and my windows device i cant add anything to it in windows after i plug it into my linux machine. its like after i use the linux machine my windows looses write permissions on the usb plz help
