  1. i think i made a bad decision in getting a x box one 2 months ago , and its not about the games , they are great , but as a fps gamer coming from pc , the controls are horrible, , i have bad motor skills and i find it very hard to kill someone in games such as battlefield V , . the problem comes from the fact that i cant line up a shot , i cant track aim a player properly , i have tried different aiming sensitivities , if i put it too low its gonna be too slow = i die , if i put it too high , i over aim a target , by the time i try to line up back my shots the other player kills me with his godlike precision aim , i have to take my time and push the right control stick in the direction im aiming if i want to properly kill someone .... for the 1 millionth time asking , any tips ? what do you think , ami preaching to the wrong crowd here ? its driving me nuts
  2. i have a problem that i am trying to solve , i have a ryzen 2600 rx 580 8gb , 12 gb of ram on a a320m motherboard. the a320m has debug lights for each component , cpu , ram , vga and boot device. whenever i turn on my computer , it lights up , graphics card RGB logo comes on fan starts to spin , case fans and cpu fan run as normal , but the debug light is stuck on the VGA meaning graphics card and as a result it wont post or boot. if it was a case where my graphics card was dead , i assume it wouldn't power on at all , i am trying to figure out what is the cause if its possible a power surge damaged the card leaving it unable to work
  3. the title is self explanatory , but going into details , i have a ryzen 1200 with a gtx 1050ti and 8 gb of ram , i have money for only one upgrade for now , i was thinking of upgrading the cpu to a rryzen 2600 or 1600 or upgrading the GPU to a 580 8gb model or a 1060 3 or 6gb , with that being said , the types of games i like to play arre battlefield games , currently im playing battlefield V but needs more fps , PUBG (Online games etc ), in other words i play triple AAA titles , which upgrade do you think is a necessity for now ?
  4. oooo i see , i didnt kill it tho , it would happen at random
  5. i uploaded the correct info now , i edited it
  6. i have uploaded an image showing my problem , as an example , i have uploaded a image showing nvidia panel , internet download manager and the run dialog box , all blank and not showing anything , it would happen at random, dialog boxes become blank and whole application text and images just show blank , i have installed a fresh version of windows and it is the same problem
  7. one little detail, i can OC the cpu to 3.7 without increasing volts and the temps is between 60C and 70C , however at 3.8 i bump the volts to 1.3v in ryzen master and the temps is between 60C TO 80C
  8. no i haven't tried that , but wouldn't it give worst performance if i downclock ?
  9. i recently built a ryzen 1200 OC to 3.8ghz paired with a gtx 1050ti , 12gb of ram (2400mhz) on a gigabyte A b350 gaming 3 mobo ,i tried playing battlefield 1 and even on low settings im getting frame drops as low as 30 fps , however last night i did the opposite , i placed almost everything on high to ultra settings and noticed the frames would stay over 50 fps for a longer while than when i had the settings on low. there were still occasions when running the game on high to ultra , in heavy scenes it would dip in the 40s and sometimes in the high 30s . i tried tinkering with the nvidia settings and im still getting the same performance , as it is unstable. i am puzzled as to what is the problem cause i have seen youtube videos with the same setup , minus the ram , that showed significantly better performance
  10. Ok , i was told that 99% isopropyl alcohol was good for cleaning the cpu of therm paste, if it comes to the point where i have to re apply paste and I can't get any iso, can I use regular rubbing alcohol?
  11. O ok , but it was said that the ryzen stock coolers was good for oc ing.
  12. Im using the cooler that came with it, the wraith cooler
  13. I want to know if the temps on my ryzen 1200 is normal , when it is idle it hovers around 49°c. And sometimes jumps to 58 overclocked to 3.8 ghz. The voltage Offset that i use is 0.132v on the dynamic vcore vid and 0.102v .... However when i stress test it using aida 64. For 10 min I get temps over 85° . I'm thinking I didn't properly install the cpu fan but I tighten all the screws , I used the dot method when applying the the thermal paste on the cpu .. My case is the ostrog lite gaming , and btw I live in the Caribbean (Jamaica ) so was wondering if surrounding temps have any influence on it
