I played some PUBG and watched some YouTube videos today, and when I went to check the temperature of my Founder's Edition GTX 1080, it was 81C, or 179F. I'm very worried about this. My case is the H440 if anyone is wondering

I recently upgraded my PC's storage from no SSD to one. however, i forgot my windows product key and i also probably lost it because i'm a slob. I don't really want to buy a new product code, and that Activate Windows watermark is becoming an eyesore. Can anybody tell me Windows will send your old product key to you? thanks. EDIT: I failed to mention that my PC is custom-built, so anything on my motherboard is not "tied" to my motherboard

Is it Green Switches? If it is, then that's pretty good, although I prefer a mechanical keyboard from Corsair.

I listened to all of you in my last topic and got a 512GB SSD from Sandisk. When I put it in my computer, i could not find it in My PC, but the Device Manager, Disk Management, and the official Sandisk SSD Dashboard detected it. How do I make it so I can find it in my PC so I can port Windows into it? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your feedback. I have read all of your suggestions, and I have decided to pick up an SSD when I have the chance

So I have a question about my PC. I want to know how well it holds up to today's standards. Below is the list of my parts: - Intel i7 6700k Skylake overclocked at 4.40 GHZ - MSI Z170A m5 - NVIDIA GTX 1080 Founder's Edition - EVGA 850W Bronze power supply (I think that is the correct power supply, i never really paid attention to it) - NZXT H440 mid tower case - 2TB Toshiba HDD - 2TB Barricuda HDD - Corsair H100i V2 - (4x4gb) Ballistix Sport RAM *This is not a forum gloating about my PC. I just want to know if it holds up to today's standard as a gaming PC

graphics cards Upgrade GPU questions?
BryanBoi replied to BryanBoi's topic in New Builds and Planning
Update: I ended up buying a GTX 1080 Founder's Edition at best buy for $649. I also had to buy a new monitor because all my monitors didn't have HDMI. Overall, I ended up spending around $800 in two days. The monitor is the 27" curved essential monitor. -
I'm pretty sure it can be used with a Skylake Intel CPU, like the one I have, which is the Intel 7th generation i7 6700k, and it goes for around $350- $400 depending on k's. Btw, I wanna know who gave your friend that GPU no charge lol

Thanks for your reply. I also think that Nvidia might be releasing a new GPU soon, but the price might be over the 1080
