Hello to everyone. I'm currently having an issue with Battlefield 4 when ever I try to join a server to play multiplayer online I get this pop up with in the website an unknown error occured. error code 1 I've tried disconnecting my modem restarting my pc fixing game files through the origin app updating punk buster starting game in admin mod joining a quick match nothing has worked so far funny thing is that I was playing just fine today until later today now this is happening same thing happens when trying to play battlefield one as well but battlefield 3 has no issues any ideas or comments will be highly appreciated thank you in advance.

I understand but it saying that sli will stop being supported at a driver level in 2021 it not 2021 yet so I don't understand even Nvidia tech support told me that they are still sli profiles for the rtx 3090 sli strang ? @dilpickle

in game I'm getting in highly demanding areas where there is a large concentration of vegetation it's like 50 to 40 fps drops from at 4k all settings maxed out it's should be using up both cards at those fps tho so I don't understand gta 5 is really well optimized for sli set ups @AluminiumTech

you might need a second pc to download internet network drivers to finish installing the rest of the drivers so make sure you get a usb stick with 32 Gb memory you might not have internet connection after the clean install of Windows that's why you will need a second pc to download network driver and put them on the usb stick to later install on your pc

Yeah you will need a usb stick for bios and Windows if you don't have the CD. you have Windows 10 ?

Oh if the settings don't do anything for you. Try the motherboard bios update even if you already have that version anyway it could help to refresh things

Try the settings first High performance mode in the Windows control panel power settings. prefer maximum performance in the Nvidia control panel and set quality to performance in the Nvidia control panel as well see what happens. let me know what happens

strange well I have exceeded my ability to help you last thing I would suggest is reinstalling Windows and everything else as well as far as programs I know it's a head ache but if your saying you didn't have this issue before just reinstalling Windows and installing all recent bios and programs wouldn't hurt to try and check your Nvidia control panel try setting your power settings in the Nvidia control panel to prefer maximum performance and the section in the control panel where it says quality by default set it to performance and inside Windows power settings choose high performance mode if all this combined fixes it update me let me know if they worked if not reinstalling Windows clean could also do the trick

you might want to try installing GeForce experience and letting GeForce experience optimized the games for you it might work and fix your issues possibly

Any changes you might have made or settings in game that you might have increased graphical visuals for ?

Ok but was it happening before ? at any time with in those 2-3 year's did it work properly ? And is it happening with games you had before or just new games ?

Is this a new system have you had this problem in the past in the case this system is old ?

As far as checking motherboard bios version I'm not sure you could download a program that would provide that information to you with in Windows. I have had issues in the past with my gpu or even new gpu where a bios update has fixed everything won't hurt to try as long as you know what your doing and do your research it's a pretty simple thing to do

Try updating your mother board drivers do some research before doing so that is if you haven't already that would be the first thing I would try after that look into updating gpu drivers and after male sure your power supply can handle all your components

Hello good morning to everyone. I'm currently having an issue where I have two Asus ROG STRIX RTX 3090s in sli but in some games that support sli like gta 5 one gpu is utilizing 90 % to 100% and the second only 9% to 20% at the most any ideas on why this could be happening ? With all do respect to anyone reading I'm aware of what people are saying sli is dead there is no point etc but I have spoke to Nvidia tech support multiple times now and they are saying that at the moment the drivers are supporting sli game profiles any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated ?

when overclocking as well both have 3x 8 pin connectors but rog has a power of 480 watts and evga ftw3 ultra 450 watts @xg32 @Slottr

Ok last question 1% = how many fps and rog has 480 power vs evga ftw3 450 will that make any difference in gaming performance ? @xg32 @Slottr
