the 980 ti amp I was thinking about a 1080ti too but it's kinda expensive but i suppose I can save a bit

I've got a 980 ti in my PC rn but a couple days ago I was having some issues with booting and playing league of legends and rust. It was crashing and giving me blue dots after it posted and would give me white artifacts and then I switched it out with my friends GPU and it worked just fine so idk. But these past couple days my 980 ti has been working perfectly but it has this weird humming and I think it's the power delivery I'm not sure... so I dont know if it's time to get a new graphics card or not I've been looking into the Asus strix 2070 oc but dont know if it's worth it.

I live in a very rural place, but yeah I think im just gonna keep the mobo and go for the I7-2600k Saw a lot of people using it with the 980 ti and said no bottle necks and had really good performance

I don't really plan on over clocking and yeah i was thinking that but I don't plan on spending to much either

So with the i7-2600K my mobo will do just fine for this?

I do plan on buying a new motherboard and memory, I have the MSI H61M-P31 Mobo and a G skill 8GB DDr3 at about 1333Mhz DDr3

I've been running into heavy bottlenecks with my GPU recently due to the fact I have an I3-2100 Are there any CPU's you guys could recommend? I'm only looking to spend around 200 for a CPU right now.
