avoiding hardware now since bought stuff lol

hey guys i am trying to push my Samsung S9 + audio to the PC via an Aux Cable when i plug my Aux cable into Line In on the MOBO there is a static noise which is due able but as soon as i connect my Phone to the PC via USB while aux cable is plugged in it makes that static noise louder which is not good since i wanna record gameplay audio.. what can i do to fix this issue
