Hey there guys, was hoping you could help me whether or not to get myself a brand new sound card!
Of course, I will now list all the relevant data:
Running a 64bit Win 10 system.
My speakers are the Microlab Solo - 6C
My Mobo is the Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3
And the sound card I was hoping of getting is the Asus Xonar U7 MKII
Basically, I'm not too sure what to make of the "Audio" section, of the "Specification" tab on my mobos page. And,
I'm not really sure how to evaluate my mobos onboard capabilities.
And so I can't really decide whether it will be worth it or not to get the sound card!
So frustrating.
The choice of sound card is based solely on the fact that it was the only sound card I could find in my area,
whose price is relatively the same as the mobo and speaker setup.
Also important, I'm not really too understanding of the audio scene, as some of you audiophiles out there.
Feel free to suggest a better sound card or not at all, for the uninitiated such as myself.
