Is INO3D a good brand ?

I found difference 50$ on ino3d GTX1050ti and other brands like MSI, Asus, GIGABYTE. are INO3D cards good, are they durable? I just want to Know about INO3D because I am not able to get information about this brand on internet.

Can We Plug all GPU in a older Motherboard.

I have this old motherboard MSI H55m-e21 I can't upgrade everything suddenly, I have 6 GB DDR 3 ram Intel Core i3 of the first generation. I want a GPU, I think GTX1050ti is good for me, but I don't know is it going to work for me in this motherboard . I dont need a 4K gaming machine , i just want to upgrade so that every game become playable at 1080p . 8 GB RAMis enougn for me. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H55ME21.html
