So my friend bought himself a GPU for his pre built PC (not sure what its called, not the greatest but its okay) and he wanted to play some better games, so i recommended the R9 270x Graphics card as seen here. He bought it, i installed it, turned it on, and it seems to be all working. image is displaying, and it all seemed to be okay, but then after the driver installed and he restarted his PC, the resolution of the computer changed and it didn't seem to get him above 37 fps on minecraft, pretty sure this can't be right. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Posted a question about monitors before, but I was curious to see if there was anything else as it didn't really get too far. Looking for a GAMING monitor within the above price range, preferably from the UK, but will still accept suggestions from us stores (hence the us price tag). Possibly with 144Hz refresh rate if possible, Thanks!

Found you whilst trying to figure out how to build a PC about a year ago, helped AMAZINGLY, then had some problems with some stuff and I thought I would come here and see if someone would help, haven't looked back since, the amount of help is amazing, not expecting to win as I haven't helped that much, mostly asked for help, but as I become more knowledgeable I'm going to pay my debt, congrats on 1 million and creating a great community :-)

I have the stock INTEL cooler, but i also want to replace my GPU paste as its getting a bit hot and anything will help!

Can of air sounds easy enough, Unscrewing the cooler however, might have to get someone to hold my hand whislt doing that;) Thanks :-)
