Funnily enough the cooler looks completely new, however, like me someone could have been planning on using a different cooler! Definitely returning it, thanks for the response!

Hi guys, First post here, I'm currently in the process of building a Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1070 build. I ordered the 1600 from Amazon UK (Directly and not a 3rd party), and it's arrived today however it looks heavily used to me. I've had a look around and apparently this can happen from testing etc, but see attached image and this look overkill! I just wanted to double check before initiating the returns process with Amazon that's all. The CPU almost looks dirty in a way, at first I thought it was the packaging. The box did come sealed however I'm just not sure! This is only the 3rd PC I've built and the last two if I remember rightly (albeit Intel) looked untouched out of the box. Thanks in advance
