  1. Resetting the BIOS didn't do anything, but I'll upgrade to 64-bit when I get another stick of RAM. Thanks.
  2. I don't have a GPU so I am running integrated graphics, I am running 32-bit, and it says that 2 gigs are "hardware reserved in the resource monitor. When I mouse over that, it says "Memory that is reserved for use by the BIOS and the drivers for other peripherals." I'll try resetting my BIOS now.
  3. I finally got enough parts for my new build to work, if only temporarily. Unfortunately, the BIOS takes up 1.8 gigs of my 4 gig ram stick. I have an Intel i3 6100 in an MSI B250M Pro-VD. Is there any way I can free up the RAM? i'm inept and i need help
  4. I like the Zotac Minis, and I chose the monitor because it seemed good enough to be used as a movie-watching platform.
  5. I was going by the new video with the Optane Accelerator. What size would you recommend?
  6. I'm building a desk into my closet and I'd use the dell 16:9 for games, the 4:3 for chat/music/multitasking, and the tv on a different wall for movies. I'll check out the Z370. Edit: Also, how large would you recommend for the SSD?
  7. It's coming up on my birthday in the next two months, and I thought I'd start working on a new PC to mark the occasion, and I just wanted to mock up a build list, and before I get anything crucial I was wondering if I could get a pass from a couple people to avoid bottlenecking my CPU or GPU. Should I upgrade parts or downgrade parts? Here's the pcpartpicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TM94pG
  8. My friend is giving me a 6th gen i3, and I want to know if I should use onboard graphics capabilities or my old 3450 while I grind for a GTX 1060. I want to avoid a GPU bottleneck, and that is why I'm asking.
