If you were to buy a B350 together with a "2nd gen" R2600 for example. would that result in any complications with the BIOS update or is it just fine?

How is the stock cooler? I have heard people saying its decent to awful, anyone got any experience with it?

NOOB ALERT Im going to build in a Fractal Define C case with a -MSI B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 motherboard and a Ryzen 5 1600 CPU. I would like to get another CPU cooler than the one who comes with the CPU but with all the coolers I try to put in the build in PCpartpicker I get the same message (see picture below). What kind of potential adapter is that? Anything that I should worry about? Thanks in advance, if someone also wanna recomend a cooler feel free
