  1. so i built a pc for my brother and when i was finished the screen couldn't find a signal, i tried the hdmi port on both the motherboard and the graphics card, i tried the dvi port and the vga port (which was only avilable on the motherboard) i tried different screens and hdmi cables, but it seems that the problem is not just with the screen signal, as i couldn't turn off the pc using the power switch or holding it, i also tried turning on the pc directly from the mother board and it didn't seem to make much of a different, i already installed the graphics card driver by using a different system and it didn't make any difference. as for the specs they are: msi gtx 1650, ryzen 5 2400g, gigabyte a320m-s2h, and a coolermaster 650 w 80+ gold semi-modular powersupply.
  2. but why did it become like this. the screen didn't receive any hits or anything
  3. I woke up this morning to my monitor having one vertical line but quickly came a second and a third, now I have five lines, I tried re plugging the monitor and the computer but to no avail, I then discovered that the problem was from the monitor itself so I tried resetting the factory settings but that also didn't work, I also noticed that sometimes the lines (the green ones mostly) change color then return to their original state some lines changed color permanently. I didn't know what to do next so I came here hoping to find a solution.
  4. so it seems that the problem can be fixed just by turning off the monitor for sometime or restarting it
  5. the video shows green shadow when moving dark pixels, i don't know when this happened the first time but i know that it's (most likely) not a gpu problem since my other screen doesn't have this problem, however i use an xbox one hdmi cable for the screen with the problem and a dvi cable for the other one.
  6. thanks for the tip, i will try to go to the store tomorrow and i contacted them via the sales email, couldn't even find the support one.
  7. so i have this problem with the wheel of my marvo M215 from this bundle mouse which i bought 2 weeks ago and i got this problem 1 week ago and it seems that it's a hardware problem since i tried it on another computer and it still had the same problem, i also think this problem started after uninstalling "x-mouse button control" program, the video, it also seems that any touch activates the stutter.
