I've been having an issue with my PC, at first i was having a temperature problem with my AMD FX-8350 as i was with the stock cooler. Fixed that issue by buying a CoolerMaster Hyper T4 and some fans to the case. Now my issue seems to be that the GPU is getting temperatures such as 82C, but the GPU fan would stay at 49% therefore the temperature of the graphic cards staying high during gameplay.

I used OpenHWMonitor to gather the info, as you can see the temp in the GPU core is 82 celsius, and the GPU fan is running at 49% with that being its max.
What could i do so that the fan runs at a higher speed being able to lower the temp?
