  1. Hi all I am looking for a 2k UltraWide around 34” to use with a 2080 ti. My budget is around £650 I would like to have 100hz if possible and a ips screen. I have seen this one https://www.scan.co.uk/products/34-asus-designo-curve-mx34vq-uwqhd-monitor-3440x1440-219-1800r-60hz-4ms-30001-100m1-3x-hdmi-dp?gclid=Cj0KCQiA1sriBRD-ARIsABYdwwEyZ13ydPYdVOf_DEeBGC_tDrQO_M5HA8siKE95gIS5wZXeAZEKRKAaArO7EALw_wcB and also https://www.scan.co.uk/products/34-dell-ultrasharp-u3415w-curved-ips-3440x1440-300cd-m-2m1-5ms-speakers-dp-in-dp-out-minidp-hdmi-mhl?gclid=Cj0KCQiA1sriBRD-ARIsABYdwwH9CMoxNDN-czipsw92RY04krNt8gc2SSHvHz-kd_iQ9-s5R17o9UwaAtgHEALw_wcB I know it’s 60hz but I like the look of it. Are there many others within the price range that you would recommend? The monitor will be used for art/productivity and gaming Thanks in advanced.
  2. Thanks for all of the advice I have decided to go for a 360mm aio as I think it’s probably a better choice. And also a different case.
  3. Thanks. Also so i should be for temps with a 9900k and the gpu? I also wanted to ask how many SSDs/ hdds you can fit in the case if you take the cage out which i think it has
  4. Thanks for that. How is the airflow as well? Just thinking about the gpu.

  12. Hi, Im struggling to decide on what cooler to get for a 9900k my budget is around £100. I am most likely going to use a meshify c as my case if everything fits. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again
  13. Great thanks, now the wait until I can get my parts
  14. Great thanks for the advice I think I will go air cooler. I’m guessing I have room to fit fans at the front? Just want to double check.
  15. Hi , i am thinking of getting a noctua air cooler d15 or maybe a aio not 100% yet but more likely a air cooler. As for the 2080 ti either this one https://www.scan.co.uk/products/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-gaming-oc-11gb-gddr6-vr-ready-graphics-card-4352-core?gclid=Cj0KCQiA7briBRD7ARIsABhX8aD4iZl-SSJLzTFnIR4gxY6-HwN8Q5reHzOjhNLOhlOR-LFirz_e-VcaApD_EALw_wcB or one of the evga maybe the ftw 3 if i can push my budget a bit. Thanks for the help.
  16. Hi, Only if theres a big difference fom 2k to 4k but having only used 1080p i wouldn't really know the difference between those two so anything is a upgrade. But im not decided on anything yet just wanted to hear opinions
  17. Thanks for the link .
  18. Hi, I am looking to get a monitor soon with my new pc which will have a 2080ti and a i9 9900k. I was just wondering what would be the best option for a monitor? I currently have a 1080p ultra wide which i like i think its a 29 inch. The main purpose is gaming at a high resolution and also drawing ect using photoshop and occasionally using music software. Ist it worth me getting a big 4k monitor like a 32 inch or something or go for the WQHD monitor? My budget is around £700-800 hopefully abit less. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
  19. Hi, Hopefuly within the next two months I will be looking to upgrade my system to a 2080ti and a i9900k. My current case is a s340 elite. I was just wondering if I should upgrade the case as well? Ihow will it do for airflow as the system I have in it now doesn’t get that hot at all but I’m s bit concerned if I add more powerful parts, would a messiah c be abit better or any other cases you think I should get? thanks for the help.
  20. Thanks for the advice, the cooler was another problem but will have to look more into it.
  21. Hi, well I will have the money for my build in a month or so. Not sure if I can wait 6 months for Ryzen. I was going to pair either cpu with a 2080 ti so would the 9900k be a better pair? Thanks for the help
  22. Hi, I am having a difficult time on choosing between these two. I will be using my pc for 4K gaming and drawing within photoshop other programs and using some music production software. And also will like to use vr as well. Is there a big difference between these two to justify the price or not really? I would like to overclock as well. I’ve heard the 9900k gets quite hot is this true? I also am not sure on what motherboard would be best for these two cpus. any help will be greatly appreciated.
  23. Thanks for the help I’ll have to look at the performance of a 2080 but I like the idea of a 9900 build. But a ti might be a bit better will have to do more research. Thanks again.
